Parasite

Parasite (1982) is a B-grade sci-fi horror you can watch online on iFILM. Charles Band shot it as a 3D feature for the drive-in crowd, and it survives today partly as a curio — one of Demi Moore's earliest screen roles sits right in the cast.

The setting is a scorched, post-apocalyptic America run by a faceless corporation. Scientist Paul Dean is carrying a lethal slug-like parasite fused to his own gut — a weapon he engineered for the government before going on the run. A cold-blooded agent named Merchant hunts him down, a gang of desert thugs accidentally turns a second creature loose, and a young woman, Patricia Welles, throws in with the doctor to fight back.
