Synopsis
Jack Frost (1997) is a horror-comedy slasher you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Michael Cooney. The premise is exactly what it sounds like: a convicted serial killer gets drenched in an experimental chemical compound during a prison transport crash and fuses with the snow — emerging as a living, murderous snowman.
The town of Snomonton had no say in this. Christopher Allport plays the sheriff who put Jack Frost away and now has to stop him again, this time with limited options and a carrot as the only known vulnerability. Shannon Elizabeth shows up early in her career. The kills get increasingly inventive, and the film leans into every bad pun the concept allows.
