Synopsis
Divorce. Part One (2022) is a Russian comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Vitya and Ilona married almost the moment they met, never giving themselves the chance to figure each other out. A couple of years later all that's left of the marriage is mutual blame and a mortgaged apartment.
The split is final, the feelings are gone, but the flat won't sell because of an unapproved renovation. So the two exes end up trapped in the same four walls: each waiting for the other to move out, each trying to drive the other crazy first. Konstantin Kolesov directs, with Anna Glaube and Anton Shurtsov in the lead roles. The humor is everyday and recognizable — about rented happiness, pushy realtors and two stubborn people who find it easier to fight than to talk.
