Hui Buh and the Witch's Castle

German family fantasy Hui Buh and the Witch's Castle (2022) is available to watch online on iFILM, ages 6+. Director Sebastian Niemann returns to Castle Burgeck, where Michael Herbig voices the long-suffering ghost Hui Buh — five centuries of haunting attempts and not a single scream to show for it.

King Julius, voiced by Christoph Maria Herbst, has long since stopped being impressed. Then a young witch named Ophelia arrives at the castle gates, introduces herself as Hui Buh's niece, and asks the ghost and the king to rescue her mother from the evil witch Erla. She's carrying the Necronomicon — a book of ancient spells powerful enough to change everything. Hui Buh takes about one second to decide. Rick Kavanian rounds out the central trio.
