Synopsis

Jack is a children's author who switched to crime fiction, which meant deep research into Victorian serial killers, which meant something going badly wrong with his head. He no longer leaves the flat, he's certain he's being followed, and the launderette at the end of the road has become an object of genuine terror. His long-suffering agent then phones with the news: a Hollywood executive wants to option his script. All Jack has to do is get outside.
