The Redeemers

The Redeemers (Lunastajat, 2022) is a Finnish dark comedy-thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Two missionaries make a terrible mistake at a routine house call: someone ends up dead. No plan, no alibi, just a body they need to hide.

Then the house fills with live-action role-players — people in full costume, deep in character, with no idea what happened before they arrived. To survive the night, the pair has to play along, keep their story straight, and not crack under pressure. Roope Salminen and Eino Heiskanen give the absurd setup real edge.
