It's Not Over

"It's Not Over" (2022) is an R-rated psychological thriller you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Alessandro Riccardi. After her husband Albert dies in a domestic accident, Sarah moves openly into a relationship with her lover Max. Weronika Rosati plays Sarah with a surface calm that keeps you guessing which way the story will break; Gianni Capaldi's Max starts as the obvious sympathetic lead — then begins noticing things that don't add up.

Max disappears before he can act on his suspicions. The police offer little. His family begins pushing on their own, and strange things start happening inside Sarah's house. Christopher Lambert appears in a supporting role, lending the film more gravity than the plot mechanics alone would earn. It sits somewhere between horror and crime noir rather than settling into either — which, depending on your tolerance for ambiguity, is either the point or the problem.
