Synopsis

Sagamore Stévenin plays Michel Vaillant, the undisputed king of international circuits. Everyone admires him; everyone also wants to beat him. Ruth Wong, the new director of the rival Leader team, takes it further than that — she blames Vaillant for her father's downfall and has no intention of keeping things on the track. Diane Kruger appears early in her career as Julie Wood, Vaillant's closest ally, with Jean-Pierre Cassel adding weight in support. The racing sequences were filmed on real circuits and carry the kinetic charge the source material always had.
