Synopsis
The Trainers (Gli addestratori, 2024) is an Italian comedy from Andrea Jublin you can watch online on iFILM. After yet another run of bad luck, dog trainer Pasquale decides to launch a training school of his own.
A printing slip-up on his flyers changes everything: instead of floppy-eared, waggy-tailed pupils, a pack of rowdy kids turns up at his door. Pasquale is lost — he knows dogs, but children are a different beast entirely. Still, if dogs are a bit like kids, maybe the reverse holds too. The mix-up grows into a lively adventure where a grown man and a bunch of children slowly learn to hear one another.
Lillo takes the lead, with Geppi Cucciari bringing the extra comic spark. Jublin keeps it a warm family comedy about friendship, respect and owning up to your weak spots — no lectures, plenty of real jokes. A solid pick for watching with the whole family. Stream The Trainers (2024) online on iFILM.
