Believer (2024) is a Canadian psychological thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Writer Kate is researching a book on Marshall Grayson, a cult leader convicted of 53 killings — victims he claimed were hastening the end of the world.

During a courtroom hearing Grayson lunges at Kate and whispers something to her. She wakes in a hospital bed with no memory of the attack or his words. Then the strange things begin. Her recollection keeps slipping, her family starts doubting her version of events, and Kate herself can no longer tell whether her own mind is lying to her. Lauren Lee Smith anchors the film as a woman watching the ground give way beneath her.
