Synopsis

Adam & Eve (2024) is a post-apocalyptic romantic comedy you can watch online on iFILM. A vast city stands empty, and only two people are left walking its streets — Marina and Viktor.

They may well be the last humans on Earth. Once they've patched together some kind of routine among the dead shop windows and the silence, a far heavier question lands on them: somebody has to restart the human race. The catch — Marina and Viktor can't stand each other. That awkward math is the whole movie; the sci-fi setup is really just an excuse to dig into attraction, stubbornness and forced closeness. Polina Maksimova and Dmitry Chebotaryov play the mismatched pair doomed to negotiate. Director Ilya Farfel also shows up on screen. Ninety-five minutes of small-scale, two-hander science fiction.
