Cleaning up the mess falls to his buddy Gus. He's taken hostage and put to work clearing out abandoned garages — the exact spot where Herman plans to build the city's finest hotel. The site is run by grumpy old Mikhalych, who's also babysitting Funtik, a nuclear-physics student paying off sins of his own. This ragtag crew is the whole story.

Director Denis Pavlov assembled a lively cast: Nikita Kologrivy, Vladimir Karpuk, Georgy Dronov, Nastasya Samburskaya and Nikita Dzhigurda. Rated 18+, the humor is crude and the characters are worse, which is exactly the charm. It clicks with anyone who likes small-town crime where the talk is louder than the gunfire.
