Synopsis

Their wedding is undone by the sudden, mysterious death of Kaujak's father. Forced to move with her mother and the woman's new husband, Kaujak leaves in a rush, never saying goodbye to Sapa. In the new settlement she becomes the target of several suitors and has to fend off their advances, still hoping to find her way back to him. Sapa, meanwhile, turns to a shaman, who calls on spirit helpers to guide him to her.
