The Cevher family law firm handles divorces for Istanbul's wealthiest and most connected clients — the kind of separations that unfold quietly, in expensive offices, with serious consequences. Azra Günay runs the practice alongside her mother Çolpan and her sister Sanem. When Çolpan decides to step back and hand Azra the keys, the timing is terrible: Azra's own marriage is under pressure, the firm's politics are sharp, and someone from her past has just reappeared.
