Russian Horror Stories (2001) is a St. Petersburg comedy series you can watch online on iFILM. The staff of a shabby tabloid by the same name chase down every monster that Slavic folklore can throw at them.

Each episode drops a new creature into the modern city. A werewolf pig tears through the night streets. Zombies steal parked cars. Reporters played by Yuri Galtsev and Katerina Ksenyeva run after the scoop and end up tangled in the mess themselves. The show plays its spooks for laughs, letting old fairy-tale demons collide with grubby everyday life.

Director Yuri Mamin, known for Window to Paris, built this as a mock-horror anthology stitched from urban legends and dry Petersburg wit. Detective beats, sci-fi, action and farce all share the screen. It's a good fit for viewers who want goofy Russian genre TV rather than real scares.
