Synopsis
Fox Spirit Matchmaker: Red-Moon Pact (2024) is a Chinese fantasy costume drama you can watch online on iFILM. The series adapts Tuo Xiaoxing's beloved manhua about a romance that crosses the line between humans and fox spirits.
Dongfang Yuechu is the last direct heir of his clan, hunted since childhood by a lifelong enemy. On the run, he stumbles into the lands of the Tushan foxes, where the fox queen Tushan Honghong saves his life by chance. What follows is a slow-burning bond forged in the gap between two worlds — and a shared hope of lasting peace between their feuding clans. Yang Mi and Gong Jun headline the cast.
Filming ran from July to November 2022, with the show premiering on 23 May 2024. The original title Yue Hong, literally "Red Moon," is a play on the two leads' names.
