His tools: psychophysical profiles, biographic reconstructions of events, and an intuition sharpened across years of meeting every kind of person imaginable, from licensed analysts to card sharks.

Every case ends the same way for Freydin. He understands the criminal, he understands the chain of circumstances that brought everyone to this point — and he walks away knowing none of it was inevitable.
