Synopsis
God Is a Bullet (2023) — watch online on iFILM, a raw crime thriller directed by Nick Cassavetes and based on Boz Stevenson's novel of the same name. When vice detective Bob Hightower comes home to find his ex-wife dead and his daughter vanished, he learns one name: Sirius, the cult leader who took her.
Bob drops his badge, covers himself in tattoos and disappears into the underground. His only guide is Case Hardin, played by Maika Monroe — the one woman who escaped the cult and lived to keep the scars. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau carries the film on a slow burn, pushing Bob past every limit a man can cross. Jamie Foxx turns up in a sharp supporting role. At 156 minutes, the film earns its running time scene by scene.
