Synopsis

Getting him back is only the first move. What the rescue uncovers is bigger: green plasma, brutal experiments, and a program called Red 17 that points to a threat hiding inside the Reclamation Apprehension Coalition itself. Slowly the trio works it out — the Quad's worst criminals were never the real danger, their own employer is. Meanwhile the Company tightens its grip on Old Town back on Westerley, and Dutch, Johnny and D'avin get pulled into a brewing war over the people stuck there. The stakes climb, the tone darkens, and mistakes start costing more.
