Synopsis
Solar Opposites Season 5 (2020) is ready to watch online on iFILM — eleven episodes of the adult animated comedy that open with Korvo and Terry newly married and chasing something like family values.
Settling down turns out to be its own kind of chaos. The aliens apply for permanent residency on their adopted home planet, Clervix 3, drag out a never-ending honeymoon, and open a private school. Korvo loops the same day Edge of Tomorrow-style just to impress a guy at the hardware store. Jesse's exes resurface, Yumyulack learns something ugly about his role in the mission, and a What If?! device walks the family through the lives they never picked. Down in the Wall, the shrunken humans escalate into a full war story of their own.
Justin Roiland and Mike McMahan run the family-values theme straight through their usual absurdity — marriage, parenting, school-pickup feuds, all pushed to satire.
