Synopsis
Season 5 of The Venture Bros. (2004) is a short one — just eight episodes of Adult Swim animation, and you can watch it online on iFILM. After a long gap the show drops straight back into its usual mix of bad science and worse villainy.
Doc recruits college interns for a project he owes J.J., and naturally the whole thing falls apart. Twenty-One tries to rebuild SPHINX, the Monarch and his wife take another run at the Venture compound, and the Monarch learns a startling truth about his own past. Brock goes undercover on the trail of the Council of 13. The finale, "The Devil's Grip," leaves Doc's fate hanging.
