Synopsis

Tired of scraping by on waiter's tips, Pete signs on to help Tiff — Mistress May to her clients — down in her dungeon. What follows is a crash course in knots, stage fright, other people's fantasies, and the messy job of keeping work apart from a love life. Pete chases a shot at stand-up and starts seeing Josh; Tiff half-confides in Doug about what she really does, then pulls back. Late in the season the friendship cracks, and the two have to work out what actually holds them together.
