Season 8
Winter is coming.
Synopsis
Game of Thrones Season 8 — watch online on iFILM: six episodes, HBO, 2019. The end of a series that spent eight years rewriting what television could be.
Jon Snow and Daenerys arrive at Winterfell with two armies and two dragons. The North is not particularly warm about it. Episode three, "The Long Night," holds the largest battle sequence ever filmed for television: 55 nights of shooting, thousands of extras, one outcome that changes everything that follows. Once the fight against the dead is settled, the last war for the Iron Throne begins. The final two episodes answer questions the show had been stacking since season one.
Season 8 splits its audience more sharply than anything before it — some find the pace too compressed, others think the arc landed exactly where it had to. Stream all six episodes of Game of Thrones Season 8 online on iFILM.
