After welcoming a fresh batch of interns, Santa recruits Candy to deliver the State of the Workshop address. Later, a shocking revelation causes Candy to come to terms with harsh truths about Brent.

Unsure of her future with Santa Inc., Candy must decide if she should hop on a golden opportunity with Easter Enterprises or stay loyal to Santa.

Junior’s arrival in the South Pole threatens Candy’s ascent to the top of Santa’s list. As Cookie and Goldie find a new friend in Mrs. Claus, Craig crumbles at home.

Santa’s birthday festivities are cut short as tensions between Candy and her inner circle escalate. Later, Devin performs a good deed, and Mrs. Claus faces her demons.
