В первом сезоне Паку достаются самые вздорные мертвецы Нью-Йорка. Призрак, мечтающий наконец потерять девственность. Дух чемпиона по поеданию хот-догов, мешающий жить целой больнице. Пиратский видеооператор, на чьей плёнке случайно засветилось заказное убийство. Чем громче дело, тем меньше Паку хочется в него лезть, и обычно рядом отирается его лучший друг и дилер Ройфи. Ближе к финалу мэр подкидывает случай, после которого халтурить уже не выйдет.
