Synopsis
Maybe... Maybe Not (Der bewegte Mann, 1994) is a German romantic comedy from Sönke Wortmann that you can watch online on iFILM. Good-looking Axel, played by Til Schweiger, gets caught cheating by his girlfriend Doro and finds himself out on the curb with his suitcases in a single evening.
With nowhere to go, he crashes with Norbert, a gay man from the wider friend group who, of all things, takes a real shine to his new flatmate. So a straight ladies' man has to find his footing in a world where the rules of flirting are nothing like the ones he knows. Then Doro decides she wants him back, and the choice gets genuinely hard. Joachim Król, Katja Riemann and Martina Gedeck fill out the cast.
It's adapted from Ralf König's comics, and it became one of the biggest box-office hits in German film history while pushing Schweiger toward an international career.
