Synopsis
Dirty Work (1998) is an American comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Bob Saget and headlined by Norm MacDonald alongside Artie Lange. Mitch and Sam have been pulling off elaborate acts of revenge since childhood — it's the one thing they're genuinely gifted at.
When Sam's father turns out to need a heart transplant and the bill comes to fifty grand, the pair do what comes naturally: they turn their talent into a business. For a fee, they'll dish out payback on behalf of anyone who lacks the nerve to do it themselves. Chevy Chase, Don Rickles, and Jack Warden fill out the supporting cast, and all three get their moments.
MacDonald co-wrote the script, which means the film's deadpan, deliberately off-kilter humour is exactly what you'd expect from his standup. It's a niche taste — deliberately crude and absurdist — but fans of his style will find it consistently funny. Watch Dirty Work (1998) online on iFILM.
