Season 1
Fight the dead. Fear the living.
Synopsis
The Walking Dead (2010), Season 1 — watch online on iFILM across six episodes that launched one of television's longest-running horror dramas. Sheriff's deputy Rick Grimes steps out of a hospital coma and into a world that has already ended.
No radio, no phones, no one waiting at the door. Morgan and his son Duane are the first living people Rick encounters, and they explain the new rules of survival. Atlanta is overrun; getting out turns out harder than getting in. Glenn pulls Rick from a rooftop trap, and together they reach a ragged group of survivors who argue more than they cooperate. Then Rick finds Lori and Carl — alive — and Shane, his partner, whose relief is noticeably complicated.
Frank Darabont shot the season from Robert Kirkman's comics and packed six episodes tight enough to feel like a feature. The walkers are slow — the living is where the real danger comes from. Stream The Walking Dead Season 1 all episodes online on iFILM.
