Synopsis

Severance (2022), Season 1 — watch online on iFILM: nine episodes of the Apple TV+ psychological thriller that turns a normal office into something genuinely sinister. At Lumon Industries, employees have their memories surgically divided between work and personal life. Mark, newly promoted to lead macrodata refinement, can't recall why he ever agreed to it.

Season 1 is built on small cracks widening. Helly, the newest hire, refuses to accept the terms from day one — she leaves notes for her outside self, demands to be released, and her defiance spreads. Irving finds a book that Lumon's curated world shouldn't contain. A former colleague tracks Mark down outside the building: deteriorating, carrying fragments of a severed life. Meanwhile their overseer Cobel tightens security each time the team takes a step toward each other.
