Mom and Dad (2018) is a horror-comedy directed by Brian Taylor — watch online on iFILM. Nicolas Cage and Selma Blair play ordinary suburban parents in a town where a mysterious broadcast signal triggers an irresistible urge in adults to kill their own children.

The Ryan family's problems before the signal were entirely relatable: a restless father chasing a past he can't get back, an exhausted mother, a teenage daughter who treats the house like a hotel. Then something breaks. Brian Taylor shoots the carnage with a deliberately unhinged energy, and Cage throws himself into the material with a commitment that has to be seen. This one doesn't try to disturb — it goes for the grim laugh, and mostly gets it.
