Synopsis
Childrens Hospital Season 3 (2011) brings fourteen episodes of parody comedy you can watch online on iFILM. By now the show has stopped merely mocking hospital dramas and started swallowing whole formats instead.
Every episode breaks the mold differently. Briggs goes undercover in the children's psych ward. Blake gets evicted for being a clown, so the doctors end up crammed into one apartment together. There's a "'70s episode" where Glenn comes home from Vietnam, and an installment staged as a three-act play in which the staff travel back in time. Some entries hand the spotlight to side characters entirely — Chet the creepy paramedic, the graveyard night shift. Story stays beside the point; what matters is which form gets spoofed next.
Rob Corddry keeps the same crew — Lake Bell, Malin Akerman, Rob Huebel, Nick Offerman — while Sarah Silverman and Alicia Silverstone drop in. The season thrives on its genre experiments: it's funniest when it strays furthest from sitcom shape. Stream Childrens Hospital Season 3 online on iFILM.
