Universal Soldier III: Unfinished Business

Universal Soldier III: Unfinished Business (1998) is a Canadian sci-fi action film you can watch online on iFILM. To flush the pair out, the programme clones a new weapon from the remains of Luc's dead brother Eric — designation GR87. In effect, Luc will have to fight his own DNA.
