Perception (2012–2015) is an American crime drama series you can watch online on iFILM. Dr. Daniel Pierce is a university neuroscientist recruited by the FBI to consult on cases that have stalled — his knowledge of how people think, lie, and fall apart makes him useful in ways a regular agent can't replicate.

Eric McCormack plays Pierce, and the character comes with a complication: he experiences hallucinations, including a recurring figure named Natalie who appears as a kind of internal compass. Former student Kate Moretti (Rachel Leigh Cook) is the FBI liaison who keeps him tethered to the actual investigation. The tension between Pierce's perception of reality and what's actually happening runs through the whole series — three seasons, 22 episodes each, on TNT.
