Blink

Blink (1993) is an American crime thriller you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Michael Apted and starring Madeleine Stowe and Aidan Quinn. Emma lost her sight as a child. A corneal transplant gives it back — but her brain stores what she sees and replays it hours later, out of sequence. The night her upstairs neighbor is murdered, she catches a glimpse of the killer, and suddenly she is the only witness, with no way to know when the memory will surface.

Detective Hallstrom, played by Quinn, has to work a case built on evidence that arrives on its own schedule. Apted leans into that medical quirk rather than action set-pieces, and it makes the film sharper than a standard thriller: the audience is as uncertain about Emma's testimony as the police are.
