Synopsis
Nine and final: Seinfeld Season 9 — watch online on iFILM, 24 episodes, NBC, 1997, the year Larry David came back to write the ending.
NBC picks up Jerry and George's sitcom pilot. For the first time in nine years, the group has something resembling a forward-looking goal — which, in this show, is rarely good news. George adopts a cane as a workplace strategy. Kramer converts his apartment into a functioning talk-show set. The Costanza family introduces the world to Festivus: an aluminium pole, the Airing of Grievances, feats of strength. The season quietly closes threads the audience had stopped waiting on.
The finale plays by its own logic, not the standard sitcom playbook. Stream Seinfeld Season 9 online on iFILM.
