Synopsis
New in Town (2009) is a romantic comedy you can watch online on iFILM. A polished Miami executive gets shipped off to a tiny Minnesota town in the dead of winter, where the locals are as frosty as the weather.
Lucy Hill (Renée Zellweger) lives for designer shoes and the next rung on the corporate ladder. Her assignment sounds easy: restructure a struggling food-processing plant, then head home with a promotion in hand. Reality is colder. The townsfolk don't trust the city outsider, union rep Ted Mitchell (Harry Connick Jr.) pushes back at every turn, and the snow ruins everything she packed. The longer Lucy is stuck in the drifts, the more the place starts to reshape her.
