Synopsis
Dr. Romantic Season 3 (2023) — watch online on iFILM: 16 episodes, Doldam Hospital's trauma centre is finally built, but its opening goes sideways fast.
Seo U-jin and Cha Eun-jae are different doctors now — steadier in the OR, clearer about why they are there. Teacher Kim has the regional trauma centre he spent two seasons fighting for: a new building, real equipment, the whole structure. Then Cha Jin-man is put in charge of it. He has the authority and no use for Teacher Kim's approach, and he starts pulling staff out of Doldam one by one. The disasters are relentless this season — a helicopter rescue off a ship at sea, a residential building collapse, a gunman loose in the emergency room, a forest fire pressing in on the hospital from all sides. Midseason, Gang Dong-ju returns from Season 1 and reshuffles everything the staff assumed was settled.
