Synopsis
"The Vagrant" (1992), directed by Chris Walas, is a horror-comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Bill Paxton plays Graham Krakowski, a mild-mannered office manager who buys a house and immediately discovers the previous occupant hasn't entirely left.
The drifter camped near the property is ugly, silent, and impervious to anything Graham tries. Police aren't interested. Then the neighbourhood starts producing bodies, and somehow Graham keeps being nearby when they turn up. Chris Walas spent most of his career in practical effects — he designed the creature work on Cronenberg's "The Fly" (1986) — and "The Vagrant" has that same body-horror eye in its horror sequences.
