Jesus Revolution

Jesus Revolution (2023) is an American historical drama you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Jon Erwin and Brent McCorkle. The film reconstructs a real chapter from the early 1970s: a surprise religious awakening that spread through California's hippie communities and touched a generation that had run out of answers.

Joel Courtney plays Greg Laurie, a directionless teenager who crosses paths with street preacher Lonnie Frisbee (Jonathan Roumie). Their road leads to Calvary Chapel in Costa Mesa, where pastor Chuck Smith — played by Kelsey Grammer — makes an unlikely call: throw the doors open to the barefoot crowd. What started as a small gathering in Southern California grew into the Jesus People revival, one of the largest grassroots religious movements in modern American history.
