Thelma

Thelma (2024) is a US action-comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Josh Margolin. When 93-year-old Thelma Post gets conned out of her savings by a phone scammer pretending to be her grandson, she doesn't call the police. She grabs a scooter and goes after the guy herself.

June Squibb carries the film on her shoulders — and she makes it look easy. Alongside Richard Roundtree and Fred Hechinger, her Thelma recruits an elderly friend named Ben for backup and sets off on an unlikely urban chase. The obstacles are real: bad knees, broken elevators, a city that wasn't built for anyone over eighty.
