Synopsis
Love 911 (반창꼬, 2012) is a South Korean romance-drama you can watch online on iFILM. An ER doctor talks a grieving widowed firefighter into helping with her malpractice lawsuit, and the deal they strike turns into something neither of them planned for.
Kang-il (Go Soo) buried himself in firefighting after losing his wife, shutting everyone out. Mi-su (Han Hyo-joo) is sharp-tongued and quietly brilliant, hiding her smarts behind a prickly front — and she needs his testimony to win her case. What starts as a transaction slides into bickering at the station and, slowly, into two wounded people patching each other up. Ma Dong-seok, later famous from Train to Busan, shows up in support.
Director Jeong Gi-hoon delivers exactly what fans love about Korean romance: laughs and tears in the same scene, no fake melodrama.
