Offspring (2009) is an American horror film you can watch online on iFILM. A primitive cannibal tribe the local sheriff thought he'd wiped out a decade ago has crawled back onto the coast of Maine.

The clan lives in caves, hunts humans and raises its children to kill. When they snatch a mother and her baby, a quiet town turns into a killing ground. Adapted from Jack Ketchum's novel — the author himself turns up on screen — the film plays its cannibalism flat and matter-of-fact, which is exactly what makes it crawl under your skin. Pollyanna McIntosh is feral as the pack's leader, a role that later spun off into its own film, The Woman. Not for squeamish viewers, but survival-horror fans will get their fix.
