Synopsis
Kim's Convenience, Season 2 is a Canadian sitcom you can watch online on iFILM — 13 episodes that drop us back behind the counter of a Korean-Canadian family's Toronto store.
This time the show leans on the people more than the shop. Appa inherits Janet's old phone and types his very first text. Umma runs a quiet side-hustle until her husband muscles in, and a single business award nearly splits the two of them down the middle. Janet moves in with Gerald and learns that a roommate friend is not the same thing as a friend. Jung keeps circling Shannon while trying to figure out whether he's the bright one or just the charming one. The long freeze between father and son finally starts to crack.

When Janet's plan to move out hits a snag, Appa and Umma encourage her to stay home. Kimchee tries to convince Jung that now is the time to make a move on Shannon.

A business award comes between Appa and Umma. Jung convinces Shannon to start biking to work. Janet and Gerald have their first fight as roommates.

After a night with Janet and her college friends, Jung is worried he might not be that bright. Appa and Umma have an awkward encounter with Pastor Nina.
