Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares (2004) is a British reality series you can watch online on iFILM, with Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay spending a week inside a failing restaurant trying to save it. The show ran on Channel 4 and collected a BAFTA and an Emmy.

Each episode follows the same shape: Ramsay walks in, identifies the problems — stale menus, filthy kitchens, owners who can't face the numbers — and pushes through a week of overhaul. He rewrites dishes, reorganizes the kitchen, and tells the staff what management has been avoiding. A few months later he goes back to check.
