Synopsis
Are You Being Served? (1972) returns for Season 4, seven episodes of the British sitcom you can watch online on iFILM. The Grace Brothers store stands unchanged, and its assistants are still busy with anything but selling.
By the fourth run the daily grind turns into contests and intrigue. Mr. Grace orders an earlier opening time, and the staff promptly sabotage it. Mr. Humphries' past as a dance instructor comes in handy when the departments enter an inter-store ballroom competition. Mr. Grainger stands in for Rumbold, and the resident softie reveals an unexpected streak of tyranny. There's a slapdash fire drill, a birthday for Mrs. Slocombe that the team works out to the exact decade, gossip about Captain Peacock and a secretary after the Christmas party, and a closing scramble over who gets to play the store Santa.
The comedy still runs on class, manners and double entendres, carried by the familiar cast around Humphries, Slocombe and Peacock. Fewer episodes than the third season, but the farce comes thicker. Stream Are You Being Served? Season 4 online on iFILM.

When the mechanical Father Christmas proves that it can't be trusted, Mr. Grace offers a bonus for one of the staff to portray the store Santa. Meanwhile, Mr. Humphries and Mr. Lucas attempt to help Mr. Grainger prepare for a song-and-dance show at an old-folks' home.
