Synopsis
The Neighbors (이웃사람, 2012) is a South Korean mystery thriller you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Kim Hwi. A serial killer lives inside an ordinary Seoul apartment block. The people sharing his stairwell have no idea.
A young girl from the building turns up dead, and her stepmother Gyeong-hee can't let go of the guilt of failing to protect her. Soon a teenage tenant who looks unsettlingly like the dead child becomes the next target. One by one the residents start piecing together the quiet man's habits — a security guard, a shopkeeper, grieving relatives all notice something off, while the killer cleans up after himself and lines up another victim. A pre-fame Ma Dong-seok looms in the cast, with Kim Sae-ron as the girl in danger.
