Synopsis
Sesame Street (1969), Season 9 is 65 episodes of the children's educational show, and you can watch it online on iFILM. The 1977 run is half the length of the seasons before it, yet the street feels exactly as warm.
It kicks off with a bang: Bert leads a marching band, Oscar hosts his own cooking show, and Grover takes the wheel of Gordon's car. The season's centerpiece is a trip to Hawaii — six straight episodes follow the gang to the islands after Snuffy is accidentally left behind at home. Once there, Big Bird hears the legend of Snuffleupagus Mountain and sets out with a friend to find it. Then it's back to the block: Big Bird visits the library, Oscar gathers his fellow Grouches, and Luis swaps junk with him.
