Synopsis

Practice swallows the days. Sleep gets thin, tempers get thinner, and a returning member named Nozomi reopens the wound of last year's mass walkout. Kumiko keeps circling the same question — why Asuka holds her at arm's length — while Mizore and the oboe carry a quieter hurt of their own. At home, Kumiko's sister walks away from college; in the band, Asuka's mother pressures her to quit before the biggest competition of all.
This season leans away from the music stands and toward the people behind them. Fewer rehearsal montages, more conversations nobody quite wants to have.
