A Good Librarian Like a Good Shepherd (大図書館の羊飼い, 2014) is a school romance anime you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Hiroshi Akiyama. Student Kyotaro Kakei receives a mysterious message: "Today, something will change your fate — the Shepherd." What follows pulls him into the Shiomoi Academy library and a volunteer club run by the cheerfully persistent Tsugumi Shirasaki.

Adapted from August's 2013 visual novel, the series takes the standard multi-heroine structure and slows it down — the academy's enormous library is less a backdrop than a mood, and the pacing favors small conversations over manufactured drama.
