Backrooms

Backrooms (2026) is a sci-fi horror film directed by Kane Parsons that you can watch online on iFILM. A furniture showroom salesman named Clark finds a door in the basement that has no business being there. On the other side: endless corridors of buzzing fluorescent yellow, no exits, no logic, no way to tell if time is moving at all.

The space itself is the antagonist. Whatever lurks in the far sections of this labyrinth is secondary to the building dread of walls that don't connect where they should. Renate Reinsve and Chiwetel Ejiofor play two people who wind up in this place for reasons that turn out to be connected — and the unraveling of that connection drives the film's 110 minutes with more patience than most horror allows. Finn Bennett and Mark Duplass round out a cast that earns its scares through confusion rather than shock.
